a little nyneve to warm back up to drawing digitally again, it’s been 3 weeks O-;
The Witchy anime opening looks pretty cool huh
i just uploaded new cast photos on the witchy site (here)
but they’re the cropped versions of the actual pictures so i wanted to post them in full! i used illustrations of the characters that would actually exist in the context of the comic, so prill and batu’s photos are from their witch guard documentation, veda’s is a family portrait and nyneves is… well, if you haven’t figured it out then you’ll know next chapter.
i had fun mocking up different styles of illustration and making them resemble traditional media!
oh yeah a while ago i said id do some wardrobe memes and then never posted any, but i drew party nyneve and (the much requested) date night prill
wardrobe memes are hard for witchy bc i actually have to do like half an hour of research for each one ha ha… i have a couple more unfinished ones lying around that ill post at some point.
this month’s patreon wallpaper! if witchy were a magical girl comic i like to imagine that nyneve would be the cool and mysterious member who joins last and has dubious intentions but then as time goes by you realise she’s just a huge dweeb
